Ingredients
Finely diced Sloes from your gin 100g
Sloe Gin 50ml
Dark chocolate 150g
Double Cream 150ml
Butter 25g
Cocoa Powder
Melt the chocolate in a pan with the cream and butter
Take the mixture off the heat and add the Sloes
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and refrigerate for 2 hours
Spoon out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls
Refrigerate the balls for another 30 minutes
Roll the balls in the cocoa powder
Taadaa!
Don't drive anywhere for a while after eating these, they're lethal!
