Benefit Roller Lash

Last night I attended the Benefit Cosmetics Blogger event. It was such a great evening and the girls at Benefit put a lot of effort into thier presentation of the new Roller lash mascara, providing complimentary brow treatments and a tour of the Benefit Beauty rooms. It was also a lovely opportunity to meet some fellow South West Bloggers. I always enjoy meeting fellow bloggers and brainstorming blog ideas, I think a lot of people forget that Blogging is a community and that we should all be supporting one another

At the event we got to try out lots of Benefits new products (Including the miracle eye gel "Puff Off") and got a sneak preview of the the new Roller Lash mascara. This mascara aims to allow us to ditch the eyelash curlers using  revolutionary "hooked" brush which aims to curl the lash for up to 12 hours and its pretty retro design is based on a set of 1950's inspired hair rollers

Why do I need yet another Mascara? I hear you ask. Well I'm not trying to sell you this product I'm simply outlining the benefits (no pun intended) behind its scientific design and it's vitamin enriched formula. I think this mascara is really going to appeal to those of you who already use the cult Benefit Mascara "They're Real" - The UKs number one mascara for the past two years. Whilst "They're Real" gives a really dramatic effect, Roller Lash is a much more subtle product which will ease the transition from winter to spring make up

I'm pretty "follicley challenged" and tend to wear strip lashes or have lash extensions done, which some might say limits my testing abilities but which I actually think enhances them. I need a mascara which can make my naked lower lashes stand up against the might of my top set impostors and "They're Real" is certainly great for my dramatic evening sets which are usually 3 sets stuck together, it's a miracle I can even open my eyes some nights. However for the daytime lashes Roller lash gives a much more subtle effect, splaying the lashes without creating a heavy build up

Roller Lash launches next month retailing at £19.50 Click to Buy
You can get your hands on a sample bottle in this months edition of Elle Magazine

    1. It's such a nice formula and it's great to find something which actually conditions and nourishes the lashes too! Definitely a star product for 2015
