Summer Toys

I've been wanting a Polaroid Camera for a long time. My obsession with bygone technology doesn't end there, I've long been on the hunt for a Olympus Typewriter and am currently obsessed with the quest for a modern DAB Radio but with a 1950's appearance.

It's that longed for sense of nostalgia which tempted me into purchasing a Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 this week, a decision I have not lived to regret. I can very happily recommend this camera to all just make sure you shop around and get a good deal. They come in a variety of different colours and to be honest it isn't the cameras themselves that cost the big bucks, its the Polaroid film. 40 Polaroid sheets are currently retailing for £26 so it's a pricey business restocking.

I bought my camera from eBay for £60 with 20 free films sheets and have been snapping away all week, even though I promised my poor little debit card that I would be careful with those little plastic sheets of financial ruin.

On a related note my new puppy has been my particular favourite Polaroid subject. I'm sneakily taking the opportunity of this post to introduce you all to my new love, my 12 week old Rhodesian Ridgeback Puppy; Leo!

Can you really blame me for wasting film on this beautiful boy?

  9. On the off chance that you need to look for stuffed dolls or delicate creature toys, pick those that are produced using sturdy attire materials. https://www.teddyway.fr/ours-en-roses/
